Duck blood vermicelli soup
material: 250 grams of duck blood, appropriate amount of

duck

appropriate amount of onion ginger, aniseed, bay leaves and other
seasonings practice:
(1) Put the duck blood in the pot and cook it and remove it to
cool;
(2) Slice the cooked duck gizzards and duck intestines, and cut the
oily tofu into triangles for later use;
(3) After washing the duck leg, put it in a pot and blanch it to
cool;
(4) Put the right amount of water, green onion, ginger, aniseed,
pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, tangerine peel, cooking wine
and duck leg into the boiling pot to boil and cook slowly;

cooked

(6) Add the vermicelli and cook until transparent, serve and
sprinkle with coriander and drizzle with sesame oil.
